We accept returns only if the item meets all of the following conditions:

  • The product is unused, undamaged, and in scratchless condition
  • The item is returned in its original packaging, including all tags, accessories, and protective covers
  • The return request is made within 3 days of delivery

If the item does not meet these requirements, it will not be eligible for return or refund.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Products that show signs of use, scratches, damage, or wear
  • Items returned without original packaging or missing parts/accessories
  • Personal care items, cosmetics, or hygiene-related products (due to safety reasons)
  • Items purchased during a clearance sale, promotional discount, or marked “Final Sale”

🔄 Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer exchanges. If you wish to get a different item, you will need to return your order (if eligible) and place a new order separately.

💰 Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 working days
  • Refunds are made via your original payment method or as store credit (if applicable)

📦 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.
  • We recommend using a trackable courier service for returns to ensure safe delivery
  • We are not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit
